Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Fees

Fees are charged for specific courses and durations as published.

2. Refunds

• Fees are generally non-refundable
• Refunds are processed only if TLCIAN cancels a course before it starts.

3. Cancellation

Cancellation requests must be sent via email. No refunds will be made unless specifically approved.

4. Dispute Resolution

Any concerns must be addressed to the Grievance Officer, and disputes will be governed by applicable Indian laws.
